WHY I BECAME A life COACH

As a certified life coach,  I've always been fascinated with human behavior, self-development and personal growth, especially in relation to women discovering their worth and identity - and growing beyond limiting beliefs, painful traumas and experiences that have caused them to become "stuck."  

We do not have to repeat old patterns, live in shame, or remain anything less than the women we were created to be...

We can grow into the women God destined us to be!

Personally, my growth and  healing journey has taken me into the rooms of recovery, therapy and coaching.  I couldn't understand how, as a Christian, I couldn't break free from repeating the same mistakes and "failures"  that prevented me from living a life consistent with my identity in Christ .  Finally, as I gained awareness of, and began to challenge, my thinking about myself and my life's experiences, my growth began...I became unstuck!  Now, my greatest passion is in serving women in their own journeys toward...

wholeness, healing, personal development, and growth.

Professionally, I have coached executives and company teams toward achieving personal and companywide goals.  I have always believed that fulfilled employees are those who feel valued and productive.  My greatest reward comes from encountering former employees who have successfully reached the career goals we collaborated on while creating their personal and career growth plans.  As Napoleon Hill said...
